Overview:

Hotel Pauwa is a homely environment with typical Nepalese traditional cultural hotel with its services from nine various location of Nepal which embodies the value of warm hospitality and refined luxury under one welcoming roof.

The Problem:

Although "Pauwa" provides the place to stay and take rest, organize, arrange and give services at different places in Nepal as a chain hospitality, its initial website had issues like missing basic features, incomplete information, poorly designed interfaces, bad use of color psychology, inconsistency, typography and hierarchy issues, which directly impact badly on user experiences when visiting websites.

The Challenges:

My main challenge was to completely redesign all its flow and interaction from check hotel function, search results, landing page, details page and so on . Besides, how can I make pauwa website more experiences, easy-to-use, immersive and more engaging?

The Outcome:

Delivered high fidelity UI design, mock up and user-centered solutions by following UX methodology, design principles, UX laws and research. Improved the usability to perform the tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently while enjoying the experiences. 97% of user testers greed that my solution was more engage able, credible and findable.

My Role:

As the sole UX UI Designer for the entire project, I actively participated in every stage, from planning to wireframing to creating the final interaction prototype and usability testing.
